"We had a two bedroom apartment. It was filthy, covered in black mould, the shower was tided up with plastic bags and the door was broken causing water to flow on the floor. The heater was broken, dishes were dirty and there was even a used cotton bud under a bed. No smoke alarms, fridge door wouldn’t shut properly and spoiled our food. I didn't get the room I booked and when asked why I was told the hotel was fully booked and that I had booked a wheelchair access room, which I hadn't. The staff had no real solution and kept saying I had booked the wrong room. They then admitted it was an error between their system and Expedia. An offer of a complemntay bottle of wine or at the very least an apology would have gone a long way. Neither were forthcoming....
